The guys at KC Auto Solutions saved my mom and I during an ill fated trip to Kansas City from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mom is at the tail end of chemotherapy treatment and brought only a limited amount of medication. Furthermore, a breakdown on the way back to Tulsa would have put her in jeopardy on a number of different fronts. I communicated a little bit of this to Zac at KC Auto Solutions and their team made every effort to slot us in on a busy day for diagnostics. Zac personally drove me back to the house we were staying at (multiple times, I should add) during this process. They figured that we could safely make it back to Tulsa before having repairs done (in the interest of getting mom home quickly), but we liked them so much we opted to stay an extra day to have their shop do the work required. They completed the job in under a day, and for hundreds less than our local Tulsa shop would have quoted. We made it back to Tulsa safe and sound, and gained a trustworthy auto shop in the process. KC Auto Solutions is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best repair shop I have ever visited and I'll recommend them to anyone who will listen. We travel to Kansas City rather frequently and will continue to use them. I can't stress just how wonderful their team is, nor can I properly convey the quality of work that they do. We're thankful for everyone on their staff (Zac especially!) and are lucky to have found them. If you're having auto issues, look no further.

Actually they just did a diagnosis cuz my part that failed was under warranty from other place, but they were very nice and honest. If I have any car problems im coming to them. Will recommend them too.

I had a FANTASTIC experience at KC Auto Solutions. Everyone from Zach at the front desk to Josh who owns the building, I was treated with respect the minute I walked through the door! I actually had a flat tire about a block away and the owner came to help me! He was kind and willing to help. I purchased new lug nuts for my vehicle from KC Auto. They had the ordered, delivered, and put in within 40 minutes! I couldn’t asked for better service. Thank you for all of your help! You gained a customer today!

KC Auto Solutions is the only place I trust to diagnose and fix issues the first time. They don’t try to perform repairs or have you buy parts that aren’t needed. Not knowing a great deal about auto repairs, I appreciate their honestly and service.
