“Josh has been fabulous to work with! Our prior mechanic had just gotten too busy to get us in. Our first encounter with Josh was when we needed an inspection on one of our vehicles to get it relicensed. It was my fault for waiting until the very last day before we’d have had to pay a late fee. I had taken the vehicle to 4 other places that do inspections, and no one could get us in that day. I happened to remember seeing the Missouri inspection symbol on the front of the KC Auto Solutions building, which was near our house at the time, so as a last resort and having only an hour left before my tags would have expired, Josh was willing to drop everything and do my inspection, and he didn’t even know me!
